I need help with a purchase I made online

My sister bought me a VISA gift card for my birthday so I decided to order some headphones from skullcandy.com. Well, I placed the order but it said there was an error with the order or something. So I went to a different website to purchase the headphones and when I placed my order, it said I had insufficient funds. So I check the balance of the gift card and it said that a purchase was made from the skullcandy website. I'm confused as to whether or not I am getting the headphones because apparently, the money was taken out but I did not get a confirmation email or anything. I'm not sure what to do.
