I need help with a s.s project on Egypt?

ok i need to make an egyptan mask and i have n clue how. it needt so be really good cuz my grades are really bad X_x ita a 7th grade project plz help me, its woth 100 points and i really need it *-*

Papier-mâchéwill do nicely. Google Papier-mâché methods and Egyptian mask pictures  and you're on your way.

The following sites give ideas for how to make an Egyptian burial mask.  They all are at the level that my 5th grader could do it, so they should be no problem for you.

get some papyrus, (Michael's maybe), shape and paint it to make a mask or go the paper mache route. tons of stuff on E. in teacher stores

I would make a mask of a queen because the shape would be simpler- draw and cut it out of cardboard and cover  it in several layers of  brown craft paper (grocery sack torn up) or paper napkins dipped in clear wallpaper paste- let dry and paint- you can find small bottles of craft paint just about anywhere including metallic paints- look at examples of Egyptian women and notice the make-up especially the eye make-up because it's distintive- e-mail me if you have any questions-
