I need help with a sliding puzzle!!!!?

how do you do these? is there a trick or sumtin? Please help i need this asap!!!!!!!!!

There is a knack to it but I don't know how to explain it.  Best way to start is say the missing piece is on the bottom left of the puzzle is to start matching up the top row first and then work your way down.  

Then if the last couple of pieces are still jumbled use the moves you did on the rest of the puzzle a couple of times and they'll eventually fall into place.
