  1. Okay, it is okay.. don't freak out :)

Its real simple, don't over think it.. first since you are the side base which is on the left side, you would grab the flyers foot by putting your right hand underneath her foot and holding it. then your other hand on the top of her foot.. cupping it. when the backspot begins counting you lift it up as if you would a normal stunt except you really need to stand up underneath the stunt. turn towards the front a bit. i really i hope i help. i have been a cheerleader for a quite a while and i have done all the positions!

  2. there is a main base and a side base!

main base- you hold the foot like a regular extension or prep!

and go straight up but before that you need to take big bounces so that you can get the girl straight up there then when up there lock your arms and keep your body and mostly abs completely tight!

the same with the sid base except you hold the foot differently!

you hold your right hand under her foot and your left on the top then when you go up step your side straight into the main base and keep your hands super tight around the girl's foot so that she feels very secure

  3. okay basing is one of the most difficult parts of this stunt.

if you are main base...grab the flyers foot like if you are going into a regular elevator or extension.(leave a little space between your hands)

if you are the other base put one hand under flyers foot but between main bases hands. your other hand can either go on the main bases wrist or on the top of the flyers foot.

when the backspot starts counting make sure your stunt group takes big bounces so you guys have enough power to put the stunt into an extension.

if you are main...base it like a regular straight up extension..push up through your legs and hold it there...dont let your hands go behind your head but dont put it over the other bases head.

if you are the other base....you are going to push up through your legs under the foot pushing the weight up there...as youre doing that get under the stunt so your arm can lock out under the flyers foot so it is stable...if you grab main bases wrists make sure her wrist isnt extending too far back and make sure the flyer isnt standing on her toes...if you are grabbing the top of the flyers foot make sure the flyers foot doesnt roll and the stunt is stable...

hope i helped...make sure you keep the stunt steady and lock out your arms in that extension....good luck =]
