I've started to go boxing n of course u always have to keep ur hands up bt dat's da thing, i can't keep ma hands up 4 2 long. I can only keep it up 4 abt a minute n dat's it ma left shoulder starts hurting n cos i can't keep em up ma opponent can get a lot of punches in. Y can't i keep ma hands up? That is ma weakness. It lets me down big time, so what can i do to prevent this cos i do min rounds n i cant do it, i an do everything else?
