I've started to go boxing n of course u always have to keep ur hands up bt dat's da thing, i can't keep ma hands up 4 2 long. I can only keep it up 4 abt a minute n dat's it ma left shoulder starts hurting n cos i can't keep em up ma opponent can get a lot of punches in. Y can't i keep ma hands up? That is ma weakness. It lets me down big time, so what can i do to prevent this cos i do min rounds n i cant do it, i an do everything else?

  3. Well my man boxing is not easy, you need to work out hours a day and years before you can be on the elite level. You need to train every muscle in your body.

    To keep your hands up boxers have training routines,

    hit the speed bag for 30 mins,

    heavy bag 30 mins,

    double end bag 30 mins,

    and do tic tacs with 5 pound dumbells for 20 mins.  100 push ups and crunches.

    For weight lifting do dumbell flyes from your sides and in front to work on your deltoids(shoulders) and standing military bench presses

    As i said before boxing is not an easy sport so good luck
