I cant remember which part that is so i cant really help much but if u call your tutor they should be able to help, otherwise go to library and buy an NVQ book-I did level 3and it was such as handy book for finding things to write down for the PC's. Other option is look on the internet...type various key words into goggle and sites such as direct.gov.uk and surestart.gov.uk and ofsted.gov.uk! Thats what I did!!!!
