  1. Hello. I would say your Chain burn Deck is about 6/10. As for your E-Heroes, I can fix it for you. I cannot fix the Chain Burn, as I've never built that Deck before; I only rated it based off of playing against it.

    MONSTERS: 10

    1 Elemental Hero Stratos

    3 Elemental Hero Ocean

    3 Elemental Hero Wildheart

    1 Snipe Hunter

    1 Morphing Jar

    1 Neo-Spacian Grand Mole

    SPELLS: 17

    2 Skyscraper 2-Hero City

    3 E-Emergency Call

    2 R-Righteous Justice

    2 Reinforcement of The Army

    3 Lightning Vortex

    1 Premature Burial

    1 Nobleman of Crossout

    1 Brain Control

    1 Monster Reborn

    1 Swords of Revealing Light

    TRAPS: 14

    3 Drastic Drop Off

    3 Solemn Judgment

    3 Forced Back

    1 Mind Crush

    1 Trap Dustshoot

    1 Gravity Bind

    1 Mirror Force

    1 Torrential Tribute

    Side Deck: 15

    2 Cyber Dragon

    2 Kycoo The Ghost Destroyer

    3 Exiled Force

    2 Soul Taker

    1 Skyscraper 2- Hero City

    1 Mystical Space Typhoon

    1 Heavy Storm

    1 Smashing Ground

    2 Bottomless Trap Hole

OK, this is based off of Jeff Jones' Top 16 Deck from SJC Philadelphia, and has been modified according to the current Forbidden and Limited Lists. The main Monster lineup has been slimmed down, with Voltic, D.D. Warrior Lady, Exiled, and Cyber Dragon being removed. Simply put, with the amount of control this Deck has, you shouldn't need to Main Deck these Monsters. Instead, you have been given a basic E-Hero lineup with Snipe and Grand Mole for support, and Morphing Jar for Draw Power.

Your Spells have been modified as well. This Deck easily generates massive hand presence, as any E-Hero that gets killed is just bouncing to the hand, combining with Stratos for a ton of free cards. Therefore, it makes sense to play Spells that work off of that, particularly Lightning Vortex. This allows you to keep your opponent off the board and prevent swarming. The Enemy Controllers and Shrinks have been replaced by Emergency Call and R- Righteous Justice. This gives the Deck a whopping five cards to pull out any E-Hero at any time. The R-Righteous Justice are even better in this Deck than Heavy Storm: you get to keep your Skyscraper 2 and blow out your opponent's S/T Zone just because you have a couple of E-Heroes out!

Your Trap lineup is the real meat of this Deck. Three Solemn Judgment and Three Forced Back give you six ways to keep Jinzo off of your back. Trap Dustshoot and Mind Crush can further keep your opponent hopping as every good Monster they get is returned to the Deck or discarded. Combined with Forced Back making them waste Tributes, it shoudln't take long for the opponent to become VERY frustrated. Drastic Drop Off further complicates things for them, stopping Searchers cold. Lastly, Gravity Bind, Mirror Force and Torrential all check in.

The Side Deck can help against Decks that could really hurt this one, particularly Remove From Play and Dark Armed Dragon Turbo Decks. The extra Skyscraper is here in case you run into Decks with massive S/T removal, while Heavy Storm and MST are here for use against Decks that play more Spells and Traps than your two Righteous Justice can stop.

Hope this answer helps. Happy Dueling!!!

  2. I'd say play Big City as most people are prepared for Burn being that Prime Material Dragon is in nearly every deck now.  It's going around like crazy.  I don't know much about this kind of deck or how it works, but you should take out Voltic and add something more useful.  Maybe another Ocean or Exiled or Morphing Jar or Marshmallon.

  3. This deck that i made was 10/10 for rating and originality. Here:

    3 Card of Sanctity

    3 Elemental Hero Bubbleman

    3 Meteor of Destruction

    1 Morphing Jar

    3 E - Emergency Call

    3 Hinotama

    3 Ookazi

3 Poison of the Old Man

    3 Fire Darts

    3 Tremendous Fire

    3 Just Desserts

    3 Magical Explosion

    1 Ojama Trio

    3 Secret Barrel

    2 Sakuretsu Armor

    Side Deck

    3 Accumulated Fortune

    2 Dimension Wall

    3 Jar of Greed

    2 Reckless Greed

    2 Threatening Roar

explanation of the deck: the ideal thing to do with this is to draw into normal spells or things that are played easily. typically everything is burn. for example, an opener of 2 ookazi, 1 meteor of destruction, 1 tremendous fire, 1 restructer revolution, and 1 bubbleman e-emergency call, would lead to playing all of that normal burn, grabbing bubbleman from the deck if it's e, and special summoning it for a +2. the idea from there is to top into more burn ,bubbleman, es to search bubbleman, card of sanctitys, for more draw power into more simple burn, eventually burning them for game.

    There you go

You will win by turn 4 or 5
