I need help with computer? Keyboard lights stay on? No signal sending to my monitor?

OK I built my computer and I am having 2 problems, first I am not getting any signal to my monitor, but it did work before and they keyboard lights always stay on even when the PC is off lol, why is that? Anyone have any suggestions?

try another monitor if you can, try another keyboard, try to isolate the problem

you have a short on the m/board that is pulling the PSU down.

Check all cards and start with just the k/board and monitor connected if this works add other things like cards one at a time. If one doesn't work then you have a bad card that need replacing.

Make sure that the main board it not sitting on any metal
