I need help with converting sims 2 videos so i can import them onto windows movie maker!?

Question

When i tried to add the videos to windows movie maker it said it had an invalid codec and how can i make it so i am able to put the videos in windows move maker?? Fast answer is appreciated!! =]

Windows Movie Maker accepts WMV video, if you don't know how to convert video to wmv video , here is a step by step guide for you, it works pretty well for me.
