  1. you can take more just don't over dose

  2. just dont frink the whole bottle!!

you may also want to try an herb: liqorish (dont know if i spelled it right) in liquid form...it coats your throat and relieves the scrathy coughy stuff....

  3. its usually every 4-6 hours

  4. If you honestly think NyQuil/DayQuil is an effective treatment, do whatever you want with it.  From my experience, you'd have to consume a considerable quantity (more than one small-sized bottle) of those products to cause an adverse reaction, unless you have some special susceptibility.

If you have a cold, I recommend that you check out Vitamin C "mega"dosing instead.  Two grams was enough to stop my last cold in its tracks (at one gram every two hours, in a 120-lb adult), but if you attempt this, EXPECT mild diarrhea. (Vitamin C treatment may be contraindicated by gastrointestinal disorders.)

More on vitamin C:  "It is made internally by almost all organisms, humans being the most well-known exception." [1]

"Most mammals can synthesize their own vitamin C in their liver or kidney, and when they become sick they synthesize much larger amounts [citation needed] [2]"

If you have a chronic cough, do not take cough suppressants to attempt to control it.  Good luck.

  5. Dayquil isn't working if it wears off way before the time you can take it again. Try Robatussin.
