I need help with downloading java...?

i had limewire before and java with it as well, and i uninstalled both of them completely. now i am trying to download java but it never works. i tried online and the error message 1624 and i think 7255 came up. so i tried the offline one and the same two error message came up. i was like what? please help!!!

When you download JAVA it puts a small file into where you downloaded it you have to go to it and D/click and it will download and install the rest
