I need help with editing my photo a certain way?

I have a picture with me in it and im trying to blur out the rest of it , i.e. the sides and background so that you can see me but the rest is blurry and people can't make out where i am. Does anyone know of a program that can do this or internet site?

I would Trim your Image out of the pic ,Blur the pic and then Paste you back in

you can try tools online or programs, you want to select your image with lasso tool, then invert selection to outer area, the apply blur option gaussian zoom or motion,
