well im now gonna get seariouse about excercising and need you to help me build what u think is a good excercise chart or things i should do on the days of the week. i wanna work on my torso and my legs aswell, mostly arms abs chest legs, so i will need names of the excercises and i wanted to make half of the week top body, and the other half lower body. please help me i just need to know the names and how and when i should do them, im 5'9 i think i weigh 137 american steel:p thanks if u help out.
