I need help with excercises that can be done, along with healthy tips.?

well im now gonna get seariouse about excercising and need you to help me build what u think is a good excercise chart or things i should do on the days of the week. i wanna work on my torso and my legs aswell, mostly arms abs chest legs, so i will need names of the excercises and i wanted to make half of the week top body, and the other half lower body. please help me i just need to know the names and how and when i should do them, im 5'9 i think i weigh 137 american steel:p thanks if u help out.

  1. This series of exercises/workouts really helps.. you'll feel it aftr the first session and it's fun to do. (just ignore the cheeesy music XD )

    I've been doing them four for a long time.. once a day (each set is only 8 mins long)

    They'll work most of your muscles.. I found the abs one the most effective.
