I need help with excises.?

ok i need help on some exercises stretches and stuff like that!

what exercises tighten up the stomach and what exercises can you use for arms and stuff like that oh and i need to help with timings of them like how many times do i do the exercise and how long do i hold it for .... thanks!

  1. Well... Every other night.

    20 sit-ups

    10 press-ups

    20 squats with dumb-bells on shoulders

    15 bicep curls on each arm

    10 crunches.

    20 sit-ups

    10 press-ups

    20 squats with dumb-bells on shoulders

    15 bicep curls on each arm

    10 crunches.

    20 sit-ups

    10 press-ups

    20 squats with dumb-bells on shoulders

    15 bicep curls on each arm

    10 crunches.

    This routine should take about 20 minutes if you do it correctly.   Hope this helps.


  2. The old classic situps. Start with one set of 10 reps and then keep increasing your reps and sets every week. So increase from one set of 10 reps to 2 sets of 10 reps or to one set of 15 reps. Also try pilates. You can have great fun at the classes, meet new friends and it will help improve your stomach muscles. Gud Luck
