I need help with eye makeup please

How to i get my eye makeup like what in the picture?

it seems like you would line both your upper and lower lids near the lashes with black liquid eyeliner, followed by several coats of black mascara. maybe a little dark eyeshadow too, i can't tell.

Looks like you need to use lots of black eyeliner on upper and lower lids. and use black mascara to finish.

use a soft kohl eyeliner pencil...use it on the very inside of your bottom eyelid and just a bit underneath(so you dont look like a goth) and when you are doing the upper eyelid, use one hand to stretch out your eyelid so its easier to work on and basically put the eyeliner on there...dont go too far up with it tho...and then finish with some mascara
