I need help with finding a baseball glove?

I'm a 3rd basemen/pitcher/outfielder and i am 12 years old and I don't know where to find a good baseball glove I have rather big size hand for my age and I like the looks and everything of this baseball glove: http://www.softball.com/catalog/product.... but it is only 11 3/4" help???

it doesnt matter what it looks like just as long as it fits and you like it thats all that matters but dont get a glove 2 small for your hand go to a sporting goods store and get help
