I need help with freewebs.com!! picture links!?

i want to put a picture on - that is also a link......if you don't know what i meen go to selenastyle.com and look at the style guides....you see how when you click on the picture it takes you to another page! how can i do that on freewebs.com ?

href is where link goes to, or address.

img src is the photo name.
