I need help with gf present!?

heres the little problum i bought my gf a gift, its like a thing to put a picture in? with hearts and stuff like that around it! but i dont know what to put as the picture!. i just wanna put like a little note for now and if she wants to put a real pic she could take it off!. but any advice on what i should right, if this helps my name is pat and her name is jess, weve been dating for a year and we very sirouse about this r/ship and we r only 14

why don't you draw something for her and put it in the frame! She'll treasure it forever and ever! then write her a sweet love note with a dozen roses and give it to her! She'll love it! Good luck!

put a cute picture of you and her and a sweet lovee note in the back of the frame. buy her a dozen roses andtake her out for the night. :)

put in a picture of you and her, then put in a note behind it, then a piece of paper covering the note up. she will find the note eventually, and when she does, she will be happy :), i know I would.
