just spend your time running into a room blasting, then back out of the room to heal...

it's not that hard

How do you get Keyes out of the prison? You killed all the elites right? (including the sworded guy?) then all you do is goto the hologram control panel located center back of the room and press 'X' if your on xbox, or 'E' of your playing on the PC.
