Ever since i was a baby i would stick my tongue out and suck on it like a pacifier. I am now 12 yrs. old and i still do it! I am very embarrassed in front of my friends. I happen 2 do it more often when i am comfortable or when I'm focused! please help me! i need easy but fast ways 2 quit this horrible habit before i get badly teased!

  1. Substitute it and suck a lolly pop or eat chewing gum.

    Or you can try hypnosis.


  2. Whenever you stick your tongue out, remind yourself not to do it and breathe deeply. You need to think of ways to stop yourself before doing it.

  3. taylor, i forgot you even did that. i dont think anybody is even noticing except your mom and dad and maybe tanner.
