My dad wants an Ipod video for his birthday and i already have an Ipod video but the problem is that my dad hates my music and i hate his so is there anyway he can have his songs on his Ipod and not mine and i can have my music and not his. Please help any suggestions will do because i want to figure out a solution before i buy an Ipod for my dad

The basic problem is i don't want his songs on my ipod and he dosen't want my songs on his ipod.

  1. well if you have two computers this well be no prob. but if you share 1 you can each make play lists to sync to your pods good luck =/


  2. When you plug your respective iPods in you simply have to manually sync one or the other or both.  You share the same library of music so have your dad make his playlists and you make yours and only sync those.  Same thing with videos - only sync the ones you each want.

  3. Create seperate playlists on the same PC, and just copy what playlists you want to whichever iPOD you want. You basically don't use the sync option, by having nothing to sync. Just copy and delete your music manually.

  4. if you need two libaries on one comuter you just have to download the disc agian i think
