I need help with ideas for a football "secret pom" thing?

We're trying to get our football team amped for homecoming and we wanna do kind of like a secret admirer or secret santa type thing but we want it to actually get them amped any ideas?

oK pretend you are a geeky girl from illinois and she is secretly waching in him.So send hime a few notes but put it in the mailbox with no return address.Say after the games ill meet you  in the bleachers that is such a good idea to get them amped up!!
