I need help with installing handwriting on my msn! 10 Points Best Answer!?

I've tried installing it like 6 times. I installed all that I needed to install and it still wont work. Every time after I install it then log onto msn and click the handwriting tool button it says To use Handwriting, you may need to install or update software. I'm like wtf I already installed the stuff. Can someone please help me?!?!?! D:

It might be because you need to install this:

Either that or try this:

Make sure it is enabled. (Select Options in the Tools menu, and select Messages in the Options window that pops up).
