I need help with itunes!?!?

Recently my computer got a virus, unfortunately I did not back any of my stuff on itunes up. My music, videos, etc are still on my ipod; However, my itunes library on my computer is blank. My music folders have also been erased. Is there any way I can transfer my music & stuff from my ipod to the computer? If so how?

Let's see... You can't transfer Ipod music to itunes.

All you could do is re-download all of the same songs onto your itunes.

The worst thing that could happen is if you have it on automatic sync and updates, because then all of the music and everything would be lost from your ipod.
