I need help with itunes!!??

Question

I'm trying to download itunes. But every time that I click on "download itunes" it downloads but nothing happens afterwards. On my computer it says that I HAVE downloaded itunes but when i go on the itunes website and click on "itunes syncing" it says that I haven't downloaded itunes yet!

Am I doing something wrong? I've already tried re downloading itunes 3 times. Please help =]

When the itunes download window pops up, after you click the download itunes link from "I'm assuming apple.com" and it asks you to either OPEN or SAVE, you should select OPEN. NOT -SAVE, kinda sounds like that is the issue. If you hit save then the the only thing you're downloading in the setup file, in which case you would have to run that file from where ever it is on your PC just double click it and it will open up the down-loader. If you have a itunes icon on your desktop and its telling that, then I cant really say what the prob' is based on the description.
