I need help with losing weight?

okay, so I'm 14 and I am over weight I guess. and i always try to diet but when school starts its hard. and school starts in two days!! i want to look my best. I know i cant loose weight in two days but i'd like to look and feel healthy. I would enjoy anyone's advise!

  1. Go jogging every day after school. Bring a friend if you can so you're not bored. Start out doing maybe a half mile walking then jogging. Gradually go for longer. Get in a habit of doing it. Also sign up to a gym in your area, if you can afford it. Convince a friend to sign up also, to keep you motivated. If you can't afford it, go buy some free weights or an exercise ball from wal mart. Also, go out and buy some clothes that really flatter your body, that's the only way you'll look slimmer by the time school starts. Buy long wide leg dark wash jeans and tops that have an empire waist on them. Vertical lines on any clothing help also, like pin stripes. Eat more frequently but smaller meals. Don't completely cut anyting out of your diet. Just eat a little less. Otherwise you'll over eat later. Just stay motivated and think about how good you'll look and feel after a month or 2.
