I was wondering, is there anything around the house you can use to smudge eyeliner, to get that "smokey eye effect"? Thanks...10 points to best answer :)

q-tips always help

If you have any smudge tipped applicators that come in eyeshadows, or q-tips, just run them over your eyeliner to smudge it.

i use a my finger usually, but q tips work fine too.

if you plan on spending money

you can buy a eyeliner pencil with a tip made for smudging

a dense eyeshadow brush or a q-tip

q-tips would take more of the eyeliner off, buy eyeliner with a smudging feature on the end, they're really cheap.
