I need help with makeup!

Okay so I am going into highschool next year and want to improve my looks a litte bit with make up since i am now allowed to wear it. I have the basics so far just a brown eye liner and black mascara and a pink lip gloss. What other make up items will i need and how do i apply make up so it doesnt look bad.

I have brown hair and blue eyes if that helps

a little bit of dark purple or dark navy blue eyeliner with a little sparkle in them is nice! it's not too dark and it's different then just a normal black or brown eyeliner.

depending on how thick your eyebrows are you can use your eyeliner to go over them. You can go a bit neutral since you are not allowed to wear much. I would do only apply eyeliner to the top lid and not to the bottom. After I would apply mascara to the top lashes and not a lot to the bottom. Let it be for a bit and re apply to the top lashes to thicken them a bit. Try not to wear super glossy lips. Make sure they are always nice and moist so you can be ready to kiss if needed! ;)

oh also don't wear too much eye shadow and if you are going to apply some try wearing colors like any light shade of blue or tourquiose to green or olive green.

if ur not so much on the tan side you should use bronze n make your face look a bit more tan
