I need help with my 2006 Chevy Cobalt

Question

As I was driving to work this morning, my cd started skipping. I pressed the scan button and my whole screen went crazy. Every indicator light is on, and the numbers are overlapping each other. The whole info screen is jumbled. I restarted my car to see if that would "reset" it or something, but it did nothing. When I turned off my car the second time, a very high pitched ring (something similar to a dog whistle that you can hear) was coming from where you put the cd in. What's wrong with my car?!?

It was made by General Motors.

things only last as long as the warranty

take it back to the dealer if its under 36000 miles it should be covered under the warranty.
