I need help with my Anole lizard...?

My younger male has developed swelling on his lower jaw that's been there for a few months. I thought it would have gone away, but it hasn't. I thought maybe a couple of his teeth got infected because there are little black things in there, but it doesn't seem to be getting worse and nothing seems to have fallen out either. If anyone knows how to fix it (which I'm doubting, but it never hurts to try), I'd be happy to know.

take him to a vet it is better to be safe then sorry

if it is MBD it need to see a vet asap or it could be an infection (again the vet is the best choice)

he probably had a case of MBD which can cause bone abnormalities.
