I need help with my Hair!!!!!!!!!?

Question

Here's the thing. My hair is straight, but it's really thick and poofy. I want it to fall down straight. I'm not allowed to use heat or anything like straighteners. Any help?

There are a myriad of hair care products you can look into. My hair is terribly frizzy and I use Garnier's Sleek and Shine anti frizz, it should keep the poof down well.

My hair is similar, except wavy.  I usually blowdry it, and then straighten it if I need to.  You can't do as much if you can't use a straightener, but you can try different shampoos/conditioners and products to depoof it (I use Sunsilk Anti-Poof Shampoo and Conditioner).  Also, you can try blowdrying it (if you don't consider that heat) but for me that was mostly to get rid of waves.
