I need help with my Samsung DVD camera recorder?

So I've been trying to upload my movies that I made to my computer. Actually, I've tried three different computers in my house. I have tried both the USB cord and the disk itself and I can't even get them to play on my computer. Help? Please and thank you.

The model number is: SC-DC173U

And also, I have tried getting a DVD converter and it still won't work so I have no clue what's wrong.

You need to finalise the DVD in the camcorder before it will play in anything other than the camcorder.  Once it's in your PC's drive you can copy the files with DVDDecrypter.
