I need help with my Vitamin decision ?i am tired with no energy and bad concentration and bad memoryI was thinking of starting to take a Omega 3 fish oil tablet and a Vitamin B tablet.do u think this will be ok ? will it help and can i take these two different things together?I dont want to take a multi vitamin as they seem to always have that selenium stuff in it and it makes me feel so so sick and crampy when i take anything with that in itwhat do u think i should do
