  1. Just set everything to just me and delete thing like blogs, comments, and pictures. you can't really just delete a 360

  2. Micah, you must have missed the memo on this.

FYI: Y!360 is transitioning into a different social networking platform in early 2008. There has not been a more specific date announced on the blog yet, so it could happen any time between January and end of March 2008. Yahoo is trying to centralize its profiling services - Y!Mash, Y!360, and the regular Members profile - into one. It likely will not be called 360 anymore, so yes, it's closing in a sense. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space.

However, they are no longer fixing bugs related to Y!360, so there's no point in trying to contact them about those.

If you need assistance with something, click on my avatar and check out the "Starred Questions" area OR ask a specific question in this category.

Otherwise, if you don't want to completely lose your Yahoo ID, then I suggest removing all content and information that you added to Yahoo! 360. Make all your settings (basic info, blog, communication, and every module on your "My Page") set to "Friends" or "Just Me (Private)".  The "Just Me (Private)" setting is preferred, but if you don't have that option choose "Friends." Delete all your friends (see http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/fri... ). Change the background back to the default version - either called the "custom" or "classic" theme. Then, that's it.

You can't completely get rid of the 360 functionality without deleting your entire Yahoo account (mail, photos, etc.). You can only make sure no one who you haven't invited can view a feature and make sure that there's nothing there to view.

  3. You can't just delete your yahoo 360 Account.
