I need help with my binder?

Question

so i'm decorating my binder, and i want something cool like this..

i have a printer, and i was wondering if i could i could print out any paper with designs like that. maybe a scrapbooking website? i really have no idea what i'm talking about. hahaha.

i think if you just used scrap booking paper it would work, but you need to use a clear tape over the top so it doesn't peel off, even if you do, it will eventually rip and tear.

I like the binder.  Go to http://scrapbookscrapbook.com and browse their Free papers.  You download and print at home.  If you don't have large stencil letters, just trace freehand, and cut out of the pretty paper.
