  1. 1:b

    2:d ( I'm thinking food only)

3: They are able to live in any climate, not just warm areas ; ie penguins.

  2. 1:b

2:b ( food which is broken down into glucose which is the primary source of energy in cells & oxygen which is the fuel needed to breakdown glucose. These both result in water and carbon dioxide as bi-products).

3: Cold blooded creatures like crocodile or snakes need to warm up their bodies, usually by exposure to the sun in order to provide an environment/temperature at which they can function best (a bit like people who say they can't function without their coffee or bowl of cereals). This is effectively why you don't find reptiles at the north or south poles...

4: Endotherms meaning they generate their own heat. This allows them to function optimally at their own convenience and are not constrained to geographic areas with high insolation (i.e. amount of sunlight). Also explain why birds are found all around the globe.

5:Air sacs allow them to increase their surface area without increasing their mass. Think of it like an air balloon that increases its surface area when it inflates its balloon, but as it's full of air its mass doesn't increase much so it can float in the air. Birds can't float but it makes it easier for them to fly
