Question:

I need help with my body and diet..?

I guess we all do but I was wondering how do I get on a healthy diet. It is very hard for me. I am good for like a day and after that it all goes down hill... I know I am not a lone but what are some ways to get my body into that???Also what are some good things for your whole body... I never know the right way to work out...

  2. try starting aerobics and do a lot of cardio exercises to get the heartbeat up. A jog in the morning is always good! cut out all junk foods & sweets and just eat fruits, vegies, and all the healthy stuff. Eat 4-5 meals a day spread out every 2-3 hours. Make sure they are "small" meals. Eat as less as you can at night aswell and drink 8 glasses of water per day. Most important thing you need to know is that if you exercise but eat fatty foods or not eat properly you will actually get bigger.
