I need help with my camera.please???!?

okay,so no matter how hard i try i cant get my camera to upload my pics or video onto my computer.(sony netsharing handycam) ive tried alot of stuff and m computer just keeps comign up that its not hooked up or theres no file or w/e. so what should i do i think it might just be my comp. but idk.what do ou think.and i was wondering if i took my memory stick and put it in a PSP,could i upload my photos onto the internet from there?someone please help i will be sooo grateful.

i have the same problem. I called best buy and they helped me out. i would say u do the same thing.

they sell external card readers that work miracles, you plug it into your usb hub and then plug the card into the box and you're good to go.
