i have a microsoft emachines computer and i want to know where i find the device that "whenever you type, the computer says it"

Im not sure if i have it but im pretty sure i do.

with vista as os go to computer then control panel and then click on the icon '' text to speech''

Go to control panel look for speech and there you will find it.
