I need help with my debit card problem?!?

I have washington mutual,and my sister has stole over 1000 dollars out of my debit account because she stole my card out of the mail which apparently had the pin number on it) and savings,will the bank refund my money? or am i screwed?

You're screwed.  Debit cards are not treated the same as credit cards....but you can sue to recover the funds from your sister.

bank has option of refund or you can take to court and prosecute which they prefer.what she did is a felony and federal offense, learned that from personal experience with brother-in-law. Usually the bank will hold off on refunds until you can prove you did not authorize use of card and will be taking legal action and/or closing account and opening another one as a precautionary with the refund.
