I can workout fine, at the gym and at home but need help with my diet. As i said i have no problem with the exercise or gym workout, i go about 3 - 4 times a week but i cant get my food right, i keep eating c**p, like fast food or food that i know is un-healthy.
I'm not massively overweight or anything but would like to loose some body weight and replace it with muscle
Can anyone suggest a website or some guidance telling me which food is good and which food is bad?
