I need help with my dish dvr?

Question

when i record something on my dvr i always protect it but lately its been deleting things even if they are protected in fact almost everything on my dvr. how do i keep them from getting deleted?

Hi silent bob,

If your space is almost full it will start deleting older shows to make room for new.

If you have plenty of space reboot the DVR. Unplug it for a couple minutes then plug it back in and let it boot up. That should cure it.
