  1. you dont need splits to be able to do front walkover! :)

basically, first try landing with both feet down at the same time. handstand to bridge. while you're in a steady handstand, just bend your legs and bend backwards so your feet land on the ground. sorry if it sounds vague, i have NO idea how to explain it lol!

anyway, then after you've mastered that, get up intto the handstand again. then just bend one leg down. and do the same as before, land your foot on the ground, then land the other foot on the ground preferabely right next to it.

also try Gymnastemzo. her tutorials are usually very good -

  2. I can land in a bridge position only my legs are spread out. but then i get stuck and cant come up. In order to do this i suggest that you do crunches and other stretches that help the core muscle (the muscle in your stomach) also your arms! pushups and handstands really help as well. keep practicing and if you have a trampoline, try it on there because it works really well and is pretty easy. also have a spotter! they can tell you what your doing wrong and can help you get the feel of landing. i hope i helped and i really hate it when people dont answer my questions so i know how you fell = ] good luck and if you have anymore questions be sure to ask.
