and my b***s are not growing and I had my period for 3 years already! Wat do I do they are soo small almost flat.

Are your mothers or sisters well in Dow in this area? You may just be genetically predisposed to have small b*****s. Everyone is different, don't worry your beautiful as long as you love yourself.

I am sure you are cute anyways!  There are millions of guys just like me that love small b***s rather than large ones!  If your small thats totally HOT!!!

Pf don't worry about it! Sometimes it just takes a little while longer. When I was 14 my b*****s were bigger than most people our age, and that was very awkward. At times, smaller breastss are considered more elegant (just look at all the supermodels...) so don't worry about it!

Still, if it does bother you, it's not like there's nothing you can do to hide it. Wear a stuffed bra or something like that :) accepting yourself it's most important! xD

How much do you weigh? Your breast tissue is made up of fat. Ask you mom about her development, she can tell you when hers started to grow. You can also tell about how large they will be. Good luck and enjoy the body God gave you.
