so im a middle blocker and i really want to practice on my hitits not that i dont have a good hit its just kinda week..link strong,but not a lot of power behind itwhat are some simple things i can do to improve the power in it without being at a court(my teams off for 2 weeks and theres no way i can get to a court or gym or anything,just my backyard)and i have ppl that can help me too if u say i need someone to help too THANKS>>!!!!!(OH AND IM 5FOOT8 IF U NEED TO KNOW THAT?)
