I need help with my i-pod!!?

i click on the "itunes" thingy on my computer and it wont come up. Yes it is plugged in. i JUST need the answer to this question!!!!!!!! lol

maybe your computer has a virus if you keep clicking on itunes and nothign happens

Try restarting your cpu and then opening the program again. If it doesn't work that way, unistall iTunes and reinstall again. It should work after that :)
