I need help with my kickflip and soon.?

tomorrow is my first game of skate and something is wrong with my kickflip. for some reason i can only land my front foot on the board while my back 1 is way behind. any1 know y that is?

make sure you're flipping up and out and not down and that you stay above the board at all times
