I need help with my lg muziq PRONTO?

Question

I have had this phone replaced 6 times and this one was brand new and i put it in the washer. I am 13 and my mom and me were going to go to sprint and say it got stolen or lost. I just need to know what to say. The story we were going to say is a kid at school stole it and one day it was on our doorstep with the red light on and it could barely work. Please guys tell me what to say to have them replace it! :(

say a kid took it out of your hands at school and he broke it. And that when you got it back it had that weird red light on it.

Um hi my lg musiq got stolen when i was at school

i put it in my pocket before we went to recess but i when i got back it wasn't there!!! Can you guys replace it pleeease? just once more and i won't replace it again if i lose it only if you gave it to me damaged or something that would affect the warranty.

All done if they replace it or they don't
