I need help with my lg rumor bell phone?

k i live in canada andi had a bell lg rumor phone. so my mom was paying the bill for it. and we hav had some problems n now im living with my dad. and im planning on getting my phone back and it has a family plan on it. im sure my mom has canceled it already. but my phone has a lot of things downloaded on it. and i dont want to get a new phone because then i hav to pay for those things again. so i was going to get my dad to pay for my phone bill till i get a job. but my dad told me i cant transfer my phone to his name or sumtin.

wut im trying to ask is can my dad pay for my phone instead of my mom. like can my dad transfer my moms name to his. try to understand me n help plz

Well i dont see why he cant, i live in new zealand and on the plans for phones come in contracts.

So what you would need to do is get your mum to write a note or something and get the contract transferred to your dad. Its just a dumb legal thing...

Ring the phone company (look it up on the net or in the phone book) and ask if you could, explain your situation and im sure ull be able to come to an agreement...

wait actually i just read your question again, there shouldnt be a problem because shes cancelled the contract !! just go into the phone company with your dad and they will sort out the paper work
