I think for your hair. You should straighten it, if possible (I know its hard to straighten) or at least try to find a way to make it wavy instead of curly.  If those are too hard try pinnin your hair half up. I usually take two chunky pieces of hair by the ears and clip them together in the back.

For your makeup I would try a mineral powder (bare minerals) and peachy/pink makeup. Try a coral colored lipgloss with just a touch of bubble gum pink blush. Add a little mascara and tah-dah!

If you are looking for a little more makeup I would try Gold, brown and cream colored shadow. (gold on the lid, brown in the crease, and cream below the brown bone)
